iDM USA Landing is a program developed by the venture capital fund iDealMachine specifically to help Eastern European startups enter the US market. It is based on the experience of the founding partners in launching businesses in the United States, accumulated over 25 years of work on the US and international markets.

A prerequisite to the successful start of a business in another country is the physical presence of the founders in that country. Engaging directly with the market and the target audience will allow you to develop a deeper and more accurate understanding. Immersing yourself in a local environment and mentality will help you speak the “same language” as your potential customers. Physical presence in the country is critical in order to meet with partners, clients, influencers and journalists covering your industry on a regular basis.

At the same time, entering the US market represents certain risks, primarily dealing with the fact that the founders are stepping into unfamiliar territory. This often leads to issues in working with regulators, that could result in fines, unnecessary taxation and eventually loss of revenue.

The Official Presence program is designed for companies that would like to start working remotely on the international market. First and foremost, we are talking about ensuring legal presence, facilitating outbound customer engagement, customer success, technical support, financial settlements, etc., - firmly establishing company on the market as a full-fledged local business.

    provide all necessary infrastructure to operate in the international market.
  • Result:
    - legal entity is registered
    - legal address and current address are registered
    - bank account issued
    - listing in Google Local Directory is established
    - access to coworking (hot desks) and meeting rooms in the business center

We will prepare an individual proposal, work closely with the team, alongside with our representatives on location, determine measurable metrics, and then work them out.

    - creation of collegial management bodies (board of directors, board of advisors)
    - preparation for fundraising.

    - Exit strategy is developed, taking into the account particulars of the selected direction and validation results,
    - Resources have been prepared - budget, team for relocation, visas of the required type have been obtained, including logistics and corporate structure,
    - Strategy is implemented - processes built, personnel hired, marketing and sales launched,
    - Continuous monitoring and analysis of progress is being implemented.
